Registration happens elsewhere This event takes registrations on another site. Your seat is confirmed there, not on Event Match.

Who should you meet at this event?

Builds AI twins of you and the attendees from your digital footprints, then puts them in one-on-one meetings. When the simulation ends you keep the five best conversations: why that person, what to talk about, how to open.

Not a registration: your seat is unaffected. We'll tell you when the result is ready.

About the Event

Skills handle single tasks. Projects hold context. In this 60-minute session you will build two Projects that give Claude a working memory of your strategy and your operations, then connect them to the Dispatcher from Part 1.

What you will build:

The Strategic Alignment Audit (Project). A Project loaded with your annual plan, OKRs, and recent board decks. Drop in any new department initiative and Claude tells you where it drifts from strategy or duplicates work already underway.

Vault File System. Create file infrastructure for a project of your choice. We'll go through the process of setting up the right system to match their particular project.

You leave with: two Projects, plus a Dispatcher (from part one) that now routes requests into them automatically.

Before you join: Part 1 is recommended, or watch the recording.

Homework before Part 3: Stand up one Project for a recurring decision or document area you own.

A quick intro to our event host, Clarinet. Clarinet helps organizations operationalize AI adoption, the people side as much as the tooling. This session is a small version of how they work: less theory, more building. Their team is made up of experts and technologists, and they’re a long-term Chief of Staff Network partner.
