the format

mondays, 10am to 6pm. co-work alongside other founders. trade notes, share war stories, help each other out.

communal lunch at 1.30pm. no sad desk lunches.

after lunch, someone shares. could be prepping for a raise, figuring out GTM, working through product decisions. recurring programming, not random one-offs.

every couple of months, we run a community-led co-founder matching session. facilitated by people who've actually been through it.

the deal

no external pressures. no sponsors shaping the agenda. no corporate partners picking the topics. just founders, building.

why mondays

we want to keep this communal. same people showing up, week after week. that's how you build habit. that's how you actually learn what someone is working on, not just what they say at an intro.
